The TC Bronco

     Last October Keith Dunford (owner of Texas Complete Truck Center) was invited out to participate in the Flex Rocks and Rollovers Reign of Rocks shootout event at Morris Mountain ORV Park in Delta, Alabama. After the event while standing around the campfire Keith was asked if the photographers could add some power supplies to his buggy for the 24 hr Hell and Back Challenge in Arizona the following month, at about the same time he got a call asking if he would like to purchase a new 2021 Bronco that a customer had backed out of. From that point on it was a race to find parts.

      We started with a 3" Coil over lift from Rad Flo, Camburg upper control arms, and 17x9 method bead locks wrapped with 37" BF Goodrich KM3s. Bodyguard was able to hook us up with their last set of front and rear bumpers they had on the shelf so we could add some protection and a Warn winch. KC Hilites hooked us up with a Gravity Pro 6 light bar, and several of the Flex era light pods.

      With the outside about finished it was time to concentrate on the interior, we added a ford sliding drawer and tailgate table along with a 120v power supply, but knowing it was going to be dark in the middle of no where Arizona we added some KC rock lights to the interior, we where almost ready to rock.

      We needed a solution to be able to carry all the gear and 5 guys around the Arizona Desert for the challenge. Now enters our Soft Top Roof Rack that our fabricators came up with. Rated at over 800 lbs its still the strongest one on the market. The one downfall with this Bronco was the person who ordered it didn't include upfitter switches. All of the interior and exterior lights are run off an 8 gang switch panel from Aux Beam that was super easy and clean to install.
